Public speaking
Whole team events are one of the best ways in which we as leaders can motivate our team and raise morale.
As leaders, we can use these events to set the scene for new ways of working within an organisation.
Using her own unique coaching model, Sam talks around the themes of curiosity, courage, creativity, community and change in a way that will leave your team feeling excited about their work.
These talks can:
- promote appreciative enquiry that focuses on strengths
empower your team to take steps towards change
enrich your team with new perspectives
engage the wider community to work towards a core purpose
energise the team
What to expect from public speaking
Speaker slots are usually 1 hour in length.
Sam will meet with a client beforehand to decide on the theme of the talk and how this relates to the overall mission or purpose of the business. The discussion will cover logistics, as well as expectations on how active the audience is expected to be.
Sam will discuss fees for the session, which are dependent on the audience size.
Themes covered in the past include:
making meetings matter
the power of the ten minute coaching conversation
energy Zappers and Energy Sappers
engaging the wider community to work towards a core purpose
the Change Flywheel and how we can use it to create momentum for meaningful change
What Our Clients Say
Sam was incredible at setting the tone for a culture of coaching across the federation. Her insight, and personable approach made her an ideal speaker at our inset. I would highly recommend Sam for an inspiring inset that staff till today are still using and referencing.

We just had training with Sam around resilience, and I think everybody left the room with lots of energy. I think Sam initiates that at the beginning of the session and then continues, reading the room, the ebbs and flows to rejuvenate people. What really comes out from that positive energy was that people were able to have these moments of ‘wow. There were some really tangible things to take away.
